By booking photography services with The Lane Archives LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Deposits
Sessions: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit is non-refundable.
Weddings: A 35% retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your wedding date. An additional 35% is due halfway between booking and 30 days before your event, with the remaining 30% due 30 days prior to the event.
Payment of the deposit or retainer confirms your intent to book and secures your date.
Payment Schedule
Sessions: Final balances are due 7 days before the session.
Weddings: Final balances are due 30 days before the wedding.
Payment plans are available at our discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Session Clients:
Canceling before 7 days prior to the session results in forfeiture of the deposit.
Canceling within 7 days of the session results in forfeiture of the full session fee.
Rescheduling before 7 days is allowed at no additional cost; deposits will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling after 7 days may be allowed at our discretion.
Wedding Clients:
Canceling 90 days or more before the wedding: all payments are forfeited.
Canceling within 90 days of the wedding: the full balance is due.
Deliverables
Sessions: Digital galleries delivered within 3–4 weeks of the session date.
Weddings: Digital galleries delivered within 6–8 weeks of the wedding.
Galleries include digital downloads only; prints are available for purchase separately.
Copyright & Usage
The Lane Archives LLC retains full copyright to all images.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal archiving. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without written consent.
Limited Liability
Sessions or weddings may be rescheduled at our discretion for unsafe weather, illness, or emergencies.
In the rare event of film failure, clients will receive the digital gallery as normal, plus a full refund of the film upgrade cost, including film stock.
We carry failure-to-deliver insurance for other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost memories or missed moments.
Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Colorado courts.
